FtP case studies

In our latest Fitness to Practise (FtP) case study, we look at an example of where a registrant was prohibited following a proven case of unacceptable professional conduct in relation to being under the influence of alcohol, whilst at work. These case studies are based on real life examples and created to give you valuable learning points to uphold and comply with the Code, and protect your registration.

Attend a fitness to practise hearing

Most hearings are held in public meaning you can join as an observer. Information on upcoming hearings and how to attend is available on the fitness to practise pages.

Updated Code

Following the consultation period earlier this year, we are currently in the process of updating our Code of Professional Conduct and Practice. We will be publishing it in September, and will be in touch to let you know when it’s published.

A number of Dean’s books are available free of charge to registrants via EBSCO. Check out the most recent edition of Meddwl Mawr, for information about the books now available.
